How will the project be carried out?The project will be carried out based on the principle of collaboration and co-production. Inclusive dictionary content based on real needs and with daily life equivalents will be developed together with participating institutions. In this process that progresses in stages; first, non-inclusive expression examples will be collected, then alternative suggestions will be presented to them. Each company will be able to provide special contributions according to its own needs and sector dynamics; if desired, they can participate more actively in the process by establishing in-house inclusive language committees. The created content will be reviewed by TDX Consulting and the Workplace in Action® team and will be made ready for release from this platform. The contributions of participating companies will be indicated as sources together with the company name in the dictionary; thus, a collective production model based on knowledge will be created. Workshops, evaluation meetings and feedback sessions will be organized at certain intervals throughout the process and the development cycle will be shared transparently. As a result, the project will go beyond being just a dictionary study and become a community initiative where we shape the inclusive language culture together.
