Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to TDX Consulting Ltd., and "you" or "the user" refers to any individual or institution accessing or using the Inclusive Dictionary platform or website.

By agreeing to these terms, you also acknowledge that you consent to receiving informational emails from TDX Consulting and its associated initiatives. Inclusive Dictionary & WiA Network (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") offers digital tools and services related to the creation of an inclusive language dictionary, professional development in inclusive language practices, and membership of WiA Network.
These Terms apply to all users, including:

By participating in the Platform, you will be agreeing to adhere to these Terms, including the specific conditions for WiA Network membership.

6. Wix.com and Third-Party Services
Our web-site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall
